Shipping policy

Processing Time All of our products are handcrafted with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. During peak seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day, etc.), processing times may extend to 7–10 business days. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS Standard Shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging our wood decor to arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

For lost packages, please reach out after the estimated delivery window has passed and we'll open an investigation with USPS.

Personalized & Custom Orders Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be changed once production has begun. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.
